Sprouting Mung Bean Seeds ORGANIC

These bean sprouts can be used in Asian cooking. They can be eaten raw or used in soups & stir fries. They produce long, bulky sprouts.
Sprout the seeds in a Jar/specialised sprouting device or sow seeds on top of a damp paper towel or cotton wool & keep moist at all times. Keep in a warm, dark place. Harvest when approximately 5cm long, usually after about 3-7 days.
