Delivery Information

All orders are typically dispatched within 1 working day (excluding weekends) unless we are receiving an unusually high number of orders. Orders that are sent 2nd Class via Royal Mail so should arrive within 2-3 working days after your order has been despatched, however, a few orders have taken longer due to the covid-19 pandemic. If you select 1st Class your order will typically be with you within 1-2 days.

All orders can fit through your letterbox unless we have specifically got in touch to let you know otherwise.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason, you are not 100% happy with your order, then please get in touch via the contact form or via our email which is eoseeds@gmail.com . All orders can be returned to Ethical Organic Seeds, 32 Throstle Bank Street, Hyde, SK14 4NT.
