Patty Pans are a summer squash which are used like courgettes. They can store up to 2 weeks but are best eaten fresh. 
 
Custard White is a cream/white coloured, flat squash with a scalloped edge. Many, excellent quality and superb flavoured fruits produced on compact, bushy plants. Try them roasted.
 
 
Sow in pots under-cover about 1-2cm deep and keep warm. Harden off and plant out when all risk of frost has passed.
 
Plants should be spaced about 60-90 cm (24-36 in) apart and kept well watered.
