ORGANIC Garlic 'Printanor'
Garlic Bulbs are on average 5 cm round and include 6 cloves per bulb
Sow: October, or January - March
Harvest: June, or August - September
Printanor is a white soft-neck variety which can be plaited. It also keeps well if kept in dry airy conditions.
Printanor prefers a spot in full sun and good drainage as this will eradicate the chances of rust which can reduce the growing period and spoil the leaves, but will not affect the bulbs.
To Sow:
When ready to sow, remove individual cloves and plant 5cm deep and 15cm apart in full sun with good drainage. Water in the morning if necessary, remove flowers from stalks, and keep the area around bulbs weed-free.
Harvest: when bulbs are plump and half of the leaves appear dry on a sunny day if possible.
Place garlic in an airy dry place and once dry, remove soil and trim roots.
Packaging: The packaging and labels for Printanor is 100% biodegradable.
OUR SEEDS ARE SPECIALLY SELECTED FOR UK CONDITIONS AND SOURCED FROM ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE, SOIL-ASSOCIATED ORGANIC GROWERS.
