Coriander, also known as Cilantro, is a unique flavoured annual herb often used in asian cooking. The plants grow up to 60 cm, the leaves are lobed to start with and become more feathery as the stem gets taller.
Slobolt is a blot-resistant variety, which we feel will come in very useful in the more extreme weather we have had in the UK.
Sow from March - August a pinch of seed in pots or modules undercover.
Transplant into 8 cm pots & keep well watered. Sow successionally to have a constant supply. You can grow coriander outside. Sow seed 1 cm deep in drills in well prepared ground from late May.
Keep plants well watered to stop bolting. When the plants flower, let them set seed to collect your own coriander seed.
Our seeds are organically certified by soil association, selected for UK growing conditions and all come from farmers who are certified by soil association themselves.
ALL OUR PACKAGING IS RECYCLABLE, BIODEGRADABLE AND COMPOSTABLE.
